Getting the right dental care should never be impacted by your pocketbook. We will always go the extra mile to help you get the dental care you need. For your convenience, we accept cash, debit, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are provided. Estimates are provided on request, and pre-authorizations can be sent to your dental insurance provider to help you get the most accurate estimate of the cost of your treatment.
Dental insurance and benefits
Fort Dental Health Group is happy to accept assignment of your dental insurance. This means we will accept payment directly from your insurance company and submit the claim to them directly for your dental work. It’s important to keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying any portion of the visit that is not covered by your benefits plan.
We know that navigating through the intricate details of insurance coverage can be a bit of a nuisance. In the event you need our assistance contacting your insurance provider, we would be happy to inquire about your benefits and benefits plan with them. It’s important to keep in mind that some insurance companies will not release benefit information to dental offices. In this case, you will be responsible for contacting them on your own; however, we will be happy to answer any questions you have and help you throughout this process.
If you’re a new patient at Fort Dental Health Group, please bring all your dental insurance information to your first appointment. At subsequent appointments, it’s important to review your dental benefits and bring in any changes that may have occurred throughout the year.
Please remember, dental insurance is between you and your insurance company. We only accept assignment as a convenience to our patients to help make it easier to access the care they deserve.
